missing features
There are numerous features missing from Drupal 8 that used to exist within Drupal 7.
metatag - The Drupal 8 version of the metatag module does not currently include the ability to edit the Metatags applied to individual content (nodes). This feature has been available in the Drupal 7 version for quite a long time.
ckeditor - Putting the functionality of the Drupal 7 ckeditor module into the Drupal 8 core has actually resulted in reduced functionality with using ckeditor for inplace rich text editing in Drupal 8. For example, in the Drupal 7 ckeditor integration, the popup image browser supporting both uploading images and browser for images on the server from the dialog box, and most importantly it included fields for editing the image attributes, such as size, margin and so on.
url redirect - The url redirect module is another module that doesn't have a feature set as complete as that provided by the Drupal 7 version of the module.
